 ‘Binnowee’ – (bin-uh-wee) – an Aboriginal word meaning ‘a green place’

Come and enjoy the spectacular views of Wallis Lake from almost every room. This tranquil, light-filled house is everything you need for complete relaxation with direct access to the water’s edge.

You could spend all day on the daybed on the middle deck watching the local wildlife (pelicans, kookaburras, deer, kangaroos, you may even see a pod of dolphins swim by) followed by the most stunning sunsets. And on a clear night the stargazing is phenomenal.

If you’re feeling more energetic it’s only a short drive to a variety of beaches – there’s one for everyone – kids, surfers, swimmers, snorkelers, even pooches! Oh, and you can bring your well-behaved fur baby to Binnowee (on request), there’s a fully fenced outdoor section for them.

  • A bond of $1000.00 is payable 7* days before arrival after which you will be sent access details. This will be returned as soon as possible after departure subject to compliance with our Conditions of Tenancy below. We accept direct deposit, Visa, Mastercard and Paypal.

Getting around

Just over 3 hours' drive north of Sydney and less than 2 hours from Newcastle. You will need a car as Green Point is a short drive from Forster and Pacific Palms but only footsteps away from Wallis Lake and Booti Booti National Park.

Neighborhood

Green Point is a small village halfway between Forster & Pacific Palms but right slap bang in the middle of some of the finest beaches on offer only minutes' drive away.. Not least to say Wallis Lake and Booti Booti National P.ark are right on your doorstep.. The closest shopping is Stocklands 7 minutes' drive north on The Lakesway where you will fine Woolworths, Coles, bottle shops etc. Home delivery is also available from the major supermarkets.
