• 20% of rental is required as deposit with the balance payable 30 days before arrival which will be invoiced on receipt of booking
• Failure to pay the balance 48 hours of the due date may result in the booking being cancelled.
• In the event of cancellation within 30 days, deposit repayments are not refundable unless the property is rebooked for the entire period. A 5% commission charge will be levied for any cancellation refunds originally paid by credit card plus a $75 admin fee.
• In the event of any cancellation made by the principal a full refund of all monies paid will be given.
• A bond of $1000.00* is payable 7 days before arrival after which you will be sent access details. This will be returned as soon as possible after departure subject to compliance with our house rules. We accept direct deposit, Visa, Mastercard and Paypal Bonds will be returned as soon as possible after departure
