The Folly is a modern, architecturally designed home with floor to ceiling glass windows facing the lake and blue gum wood floors throughout. The main floor has large open plan living area and there is a level enclosed backyard and beyond the gate are stairs and a path that lead down to the lake front where the kayaks are stored. This property is situated in a quiet residential area and it is the peace and tranquility of the area that will make this the most memorable holiday.

- Off road parking driveway and off road parking availabe for up to 2 cars. Please advise us if you are pulling a trailer or boat.
- Check in time is 3.00pm. Check out time 10.00am.
- A bond of $1000.00 is payable 7 days before arrival after which you will be sent access details. This will be returned as soon as possible after departure subject to compliance with our Conditions of Tenancy below. We accept direct deposit, Visa, Mastercard and Paypal.

Just over 3 hours' drive north of Sydney and less than 2 hours from Newcastle. You will need a car as Green Point is a short drive from Forster and Pacific Palms but only footsteps away from Wallis Lake and Booti Booti National Park.
Neighborhood
Green Point is a small village halfway between Forster & Pacific Palms but right slap bang in the middle of some of the finest beaches on offer only minutes' drive away..
Not least to say Wallis Lake and Booti Booti National Park are right on your doorstep.
The closest shopping is Stockland's 7 minutes' drive north on The Lakesway where you will fine Woolworths, Coles, bottle shops etc. Home delivery is also available from the major supermarkets.
